Amelia Wagenknecht, M.S.

About

Amelia Wagenknecht develops and implements trainings, tools, processes, templates and approaches to ensure regulatory compliance and streamline processes supporting clinical trials and other clinical research at Dell Medical School. Wagenknecht serves as a point of contact for faculty, staff, external research partners and sponsors to advise and help guide through topics related to clinical trials and other clinical research issues.

Prior to joining Dell Med, Wagenknecht worked as a clinical research coordinator/specialist in the fields of exercise science, neurology, transplant medicine and Oncology. Wagenknecht brings over six years of experience in the implementation, conduct and administration of clinical research trials.

Wagenknecht received her Bachelor of Applied Science in exercise science from University of Minnesota-Duluth and her master’s of science in kinesiology from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. In 2022, she received her certification as a certified clinical exercise physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine.
