Amanda Tofflemire

Amanda Tofflemire joined The University of Texas at Austin in 2015 and currently serves as the executive director of development operations and strategic initiatives at Dell Medical School.

Tofflemire has 15 years’ experience managing and developing events, beginning in hospitality and moving to the private and nonprofit sectors prior to transitioning to academia. Her experience in the local industry is what enables her to communicate the mission and vision of Dell Medical School to our community through events and to drive events strategy to advance the school’s philanthropic initiatives.

Tofflemire received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts at The University of Texas at Austin with a focus on sociology, family planning policy and psychology.
