About

Molly Pont, M.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Dell Medical School. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame and attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences/Arkansas Children’s Hospital and her neonatal fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center/Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in 2008.

Pont’s area of clinical expertise is neonates with surgical and complex medical conditions, and her academic interests include quality improvement and feeding, nutrition and NEC reduction. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, scuba diving and mission work.
