About
Jared Steven Fridley, M.D., is a neurosurgeon who specializes in complex spine surgery and minimally invasive spine techniques. Fridley earned his M.D. from Baylor College of Medicine before completing neurosurgical residency at Baylor College of Medicine and fellowship training in complex spine surgery at Brown University. He served on the faculty at Brown University for several years, directing outcomes research in spine surgery and co‑leading the Center for Innovation in Neurotechnology for Neural Repair.
His research interests include neuromodulation for spinal cord injury and analysis of spine surgery outcomes to enhance patient recovery and quality of life. Fridley is board-certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Neurological Surgeons and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons. He has served on national advisory panels for spinal cord injury research, as well as national neurosurgery organizations.
