Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin, the area’s largest medical-surgical acute care center, is a Joint Commission-accredited part of the Ascension Seton Family of Hospitals.

Dell Seton Medical Center, the primary teaching hospital of Dell Med, is the region’s only Level I trauma center. Owned and operated by Ascension Seton, the medical center is part of a growing health district and was recently named the one of the top 10 most socially responsible hospitals in America.

Dell Children’s is the only pediatric Level I trauma center and Level IV NICU care center in Central Texas. The center provides care for infants, children and adolescents in a 46-county area.

UT Health Austin, the clinical practice of Dell Med, uses a revolutionary, team-based practice model that takes a multidisciplinary approach to treating people with complex medical conditions.

Residents will rotate at outpatient imaging centers operated by Austin Radiological Association, a large multispecialty radiology practice that has served the Austin community for over 50 years.
