About

Najma Parvez, M.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Internal Medicine.

Parvez is board-certified in both internal medicine and infectious disease. She is an infectious disease physician and HIV lead at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System in Temple, Texas. Parvez also is currently an affiliate faculty member at Texas A&M University where she gives didactic lectures for infectious diseases fellows and teaches medical students and internal medicine residents on infectious diseases rotation at the Temple Veterans Affairs hospital. She is described as being a source of information for difficult HIV questions.
