About

Matthew Fox, M.D., is chief of the Division of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery and an associate professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at Dell Medical School. He is also the dermatology service line lead for Ascension Medical Group in Central Texas.

Fox served as an assistant professor of dermatology for Dell Medical School from 2014 to 2019 and for the Austin-based graduate medical education programs of UT Southwestern Medical Center from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, he was a clinical lecturer at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Fox’s clinical and research interests include the management of high-risk cutaneous malignancies, including via Mohs micrographic surgery.
