Program Manager for Health Product Innovation

Robin N. Richardson, MA, is the program manager for Health Product Innovation at Dell Medical School. Robin previously served as a policy advisor and senior project manager for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission in the Medicaid program.

Prior to coming to Texas, she worked at the American Academy of Family Physicians - Washington, DC office, analyzing state and federal health care policies. These included state-initiated value-based and patient-centered care initiatives, and the Affordable Care Act. Having also worked at the National Conference of State Legislatures in DC, and for the Colorado and Pennsylvania legislatures, Robin has a thorough legislative background. She earned a master’s degree in international human rights with a focus on global health from the University of Denver and a bachelor’s degree in politics & philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh Honors College. Robin’s work is dedicated to public service, strategic planning, and promoting innovation, collaboration, and quality improvement.
