Informing Health Policy

The U.S. spends more than any other nation on health care per capita but the investment isn’t leading to better health — just compare life expectancy or infant mortality and obesity rates with those of other high-income nations.
As community organizations, government leaders and physicians look to the future of health, the consensus for change is apparent. Key to that change? Health policy reform. Dell Medical School can’t redesign care in a vacuum — the work requires a team of health policy experts set on creating sustainable, innovative models.
