About the Event
This installment of Pediatric Grand Rounds features Leo Lopez III, M.D., on storytelling for social justice in medicine. Lopez is a fellow in the National Clinicians Scholar Program at Yale University.
By the end of this presentation, the audience participant should be able to:
- Discuss the use of of storytelling for social justice in medicine.
- Review the construction of a narrative arc.
- Apply the use of narrative as an advocacy tool in practice.
- Primary: Pediatricians, pediatric subspecialists, family medicine physicians, pediatric residents
- Secondary: Nursing staff, hospital staff
