Objectives
By the end of this presentation, the audience participant should be able to:
- Analyze how focusing on the individual needs and aspirations of team members contributes to a supportive and productive work environment and apply strategies to integrate this focus into their own leadership practices.
- Implement practical strategies to foster a culture of professional diastole within their teams, including techniques for creating spaces for human connection and integrating core values into daily routines.
- Evaluate organizational policies and procedures through the lens of kindness and common sense, and apply these principles to handle exceptional situations in a way that maintains both adherence to standards and respect for individuals.
