About the Event

In this installment of the Pediatric Research Seminar series, the recipients of the internal Pediatric Research Award who have completed their research projects and are excited to share their outcomes.

The presenters are:

Kelly Kovaric, MD, who will present her project “Navigating the Journey from Hospital to Help: Understanding the Lived Experiences of Families with Social Needs.” Kovaric is the associate clinical professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Dell Medical School.


Quynh Pham, MD, who will present her project “Pediatricians’ Perspectives on Routine Hospital Discharge Follow-Ups: A Qualitative Study.” Pham is a pediatric hospital medicine fellow at Dell Children’s Hospital.

They share information on how their projects went, what they learned, and what changes they have made to improve the care and well-being of pediatric patients.
