The Genitourinary Reconstruction and Trauma Fellowship accepts applications for one available position in the training program each year.
Eligibility
Applicants interested should note the following eligibility criteria:
- Anticipated completion of an ACGME-approved urologic residency
- Eligible for a medical license within the State of Texas
- Successfully passed all three steps of USMLE
- Have obtained three supporting letters of recommendation with one letter from the current program director at the institution of the applicant
How to Apply
- Register with the American Urological Association (AUA) to participate in the GURS Match
- Print a copy of your AUA Match registration form. This will be used as your application to submit to the program
- Pay the registration fee at the login page following completion of your GURS Match registration
- Send a copy of your application (registration form), CV, USMLE report, personal statement, photos, and three letters of recommendation to isabel.stevens@ascension.org
