Training Facilities

Photo of Dell Seton Medical Center At UT Austin

Dell Seton Medical Center — the primary teaching hospital for Dell Med — was built in 2017 by Seton Healthcare Family, part of Ascension. As Austin’s only urban Level I Trauma Center, it serves a diverse population. Dell Seton’s collaboration with the medical school, new outpatient sites and wide range of specialty services make it the ideal site for many of our gynecologic and subspecialty surgeries.

It is the site of our labor and delivery unit where we serve patients from various practices. In addition, we have active gynecologic, minimally invasive surgery and specialty surgical services at Seton Medical Center Austin.
