About
Winson (Sze Chun) Ho, M.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Neurosurgery and a pediatric neurosurgeon in the Pediatric Neurosurgery Program within UT Health Austin Pediatric Neurosciences at Dell Children’s.
Ho completed his pediatric neurosurgery fellowship at Primary Children’s Medical Center of the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Prior to his fellowship, Ho graduated from the joint neurosurgery residency program of the University of Virginia and the National Institutes of Health, where he served as a clinical and research fellow at the NINDS Surgical Neurology Branch.
Ho specializes in the neurosurgical care for children with brain tumors, epilepsy and trauma. He also leads an active laboratory focused on developing novel immunotherapies for treatment of pediatric brain tumors.
