About

Tyler McClintock, M.D., MBA, MPA, is a urologic surgeon at Midtown Urology Associates in addition to his appointment at Dell Medical School. His primary interest lies in value-based care redesign. In particular, he focuses on influences of surgical service pricing and on mechanisms for improving accuracy of cost accounting within surgical episodes of care. He has also worked on strategy and operations within care delivery at Humana. Clinically, he specializes in minimally invasive surgical management of benign prostatic hyperplasia. McClintock is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, New York University School of Medicine, Harvard Business School, the Florida State University Askew School of Public Administration and Policy, and the Harvard urology residency.
