About
Saleema Kherani, M.D., MPH, earned her medical degree from the Aga Khan University Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. She then moved to Baltimore, Maryland, to complete her postdoctoral research fellowship at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins University. She obtained a Master of Public Health from the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University. She then moved to Milwaukee and completed a residency in Ophthalmology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Kherani finished her training with a fellowship in uveitis and ocular immunology at the Northwestern University in Chicago.
Kherani is fluent in English, Urdu and Hindi, proficient in Gujrati, and has basic knowledge of Sindhi.
