Lourdes J. Rodríguez serves as director of Community-Driven Initiatives at Dell Medical School. She works on community-engaged research and practice projects that build on ideas elicited from community colleagues.
Previously, she served as program officer at the New York State Health Foundation. From 2004-12, she was a faculty member of the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. Rodríguez received a Bachelor of Science in industrial biotechnology from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez, an Master of Public Health from the University of Connecticut and a DrPH from Columbia University.
