Edward Wood, M.D.

Edward Wood is a board-certified and fellowship-trained vitreoretinal surgeon expert in management of all diseases of the retina and vitreous in both adults and children. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed scientific manuscripts and book chapters in top scientific journals, and he presents regularly at national and international symposia. He is dedicated to remaining on the cutting edge in the field of retina and has been the principal investigator for numerous research trials. Wood enjoys spending time with his wife, Teresa, daughter, Kaia, and two dogs, Charlie and Cooper. He has a passion for golf, skiing, staying active outdoors, gardening and travel.
