Seung W. Choi, Ph.D.

Seung W. Choi, Ph.D., is a professor in the Department of Population Health at Dell Medical School and in the Department of Educational Psychology at The University of Texas at Austin.

Choi also serves as director for the Center for Applied Psychometric Research and is an adjunct professor at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. His specialties include test and scale construction and validation using modern psychometric techniques. He has authored many computerized adaptive testing programs, including the one currently in use at HealthMeasures.
