About

Anantha Thallapureddy is an assistant professor at Texas A&M University and Health Science Center. She is also part-time staff with Austin Outpatient Clinic and Central Texas Veterans Health Care Center, where she was chief of nephrology from 2008 to 2013. She supervises Dell Medical School residents in nephrology clinic and gives noon lectures Austin Outpatient Clinic. She is described as “an excellent clinician providing high quality of care for all the veterans she cares for.” Thallapureddy has demonstrated excellent leadership skills while teaching residents and medical students, serving as a role model for developing doctors. Thallapureddy is committed to the mission that veterans affairs shares with the Dell Medical School and UT.
