Cory Morris, MSW

Cory Morris, MSW, earned her Master of Social Work from Columbia University in New York, where she focused her studies on participatory research, organizational culture and evaluation and community organizing. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin.

Morris has a professional history of working in child-serving state and community-based agencies in programming and policy, as well as providing therapy, with a specific focus on supporting youth and their families through trauma-focused cognitive behavioral approaches. In her previous role, she worked for The University of Texas at Austin Steve Hicks School of Social Work supporting implementation of the System of Care framework statewide, identifying areas for strategic consultation, training and technical assistance for local and state efforts.
